Taylor is a registered Psychologist who has completed a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) and a Master of Clinical Psychology from Western Sydney University. She has worked across private and public sectors, providing therapy in individual and group settings.
Taylor is passionate about providing a tailored approach to her clients, and prides herself on being client-focussed. She believes in a collaborative approach to ensure the best outcome for her clients. Taylor meets the needs of her clients by engaging in evidence-based interventions in a warm, engaging, compassionate and creative way.
She mainly employs Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) but also draws upon Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) Distress Tolerance Skills, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) skills and Schema Therapy Skills. She has experience in parenting programs such as Triple P, and Cool Kids Anxiety Programs. Taylor enjoys working with clients presenting with all psychological difficulties, of all ages. However, her particular interest areas include anxiety, depression, trauma, and eating disorders.
