Rebecca Cobcroft
Rebecca has completed a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) and recently graduated from a Master of Clinical Psychology. She has worked across outpatient and community settings, offering both individual and group therapy.
Whilst Rebecca primarily uses Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), she often draws upon evidence-based treatments including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Schema Therapy. She endeavours to be flexible in her approach, tailoring therapy to the unique needs of each client. Rebecca’s therapeutic style is warm, empathetic, and engaging. She strives to create a safe and non-judgemental space for all clients.
Rebecca works with adolescents (14+) and adults. Her areas of interests include personality disorders, mood disorders, anxiety, addiction, trauma, and emotion regulation difficulties. Rebecca is also interested in conducting cognitive assessments for learning difficulties, suspected giftedness, as well as challenges with attention, concentration, and memory.
