Laura is a Clinical Psychologist, who completed a Bachelor of Science in Psychology (Honours) at the University of Canberra 2011. In 2013, Laura went on to complete a Masters in Clinical Psychology.
Laura’s training includes psychological frameworks such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR), Schema Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and Animal-Assisted Therapy. Laura has gained extensive experience working in the public sector with military personnel. In addition, Laura has worked in private psychology clinics, delivering assessment and therapy for individuals and groups, across a broad spectrum of difficulties. These include areas such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, developmental/childhood trauma, work burnout, bullying, relationship issues and parenting difficulties. Currently, Laura works in the public sector and in private practice. Her speciality areas include childhood trauma and PTSD.
Laura is only offering telehealth appointments at this period, working with clients aged 18+.
