Harsha completed a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) in 2017, followed by a Master of Clinical Psychology in 2019 at Western Sydney University.
Harsha has experience in inpatient settings, schools, community mental health, and private practice. While she is experienced working with all ages, she primarily focuses on adolescents and adults. She works with clients presenting with a wide range of difficulties such as anxiety, depression, addiction, sexual/relationship issues, trauma, grief, and adjustment to change.
Harsha has a warm, empathetic, and non-judgemental approach to client concerns. She adopts a holistic approach to therapy, integrating treatments such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Narrative Therapy and Existential Therapy. At her core she is interested in a person’s story, building on their strengths, and improving resilience.
