Viviana is a registered psychologist who completed a Masters degree in Clinical Psychology in 2017 at the University of Melbourne. She has experience in public health, youth mental health, and health psychology. She works with adolescent and adult clients presenting with a wide range of psychological issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, adjustment, health and self-esteem issues.
She adopts a holistic approach to therapy, focusing on the social, psychological and biological factors known to affect mental health. Viviana primarily works with Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and is influenced by Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Psychodynamic Psychotherapy and Schema Therapy, tailoring interventions to client’s needs.
