Brett enjoys the therapeutic process of helping with clients with a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, trauma and loss, adjustment to change, managing work and family stress, and living with mental illness. He takes time to listen to your story and work with you at your pace. No problem is too big or too small as Brett is experienced with both longer and shorter term evidence based therapies, including cognitive behaviour therapy, schema therapy, solution focussed therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy and dialectical behaviour therapy.
After two decades working as a psychologist in various settings including mental health services, child and family services, private and non-government settings, Brett is comfortable and confident helping children, families and adults achieve their goals. Brett’s passion for his work is shown through his volunteer work overseas with Medecins Sans Frontieres (Doctors Without Borders).
